What do you do when a hood cleaning company leaves the job half done?

Take photos before they leave if you can. We had to call a company back more than once, so now I compare the finished work with the written scope and save the pictures. I’d ask them to come back and finish it before paying for another cleaning. Keeping everything in writing made the conversation a lot easier.
