How do you know if an influencer’s free meal was actually worth it?

We get requests for free meals in exchange for posts. What do you look at afterward to decide if the promotion worked?

I don’t look at views alone anymore. I want to know what they posted, how long it stayed up, whether people clicked or mentioned the restaurant, and if any sales came from it. A free meal can be fine, but I’d agree on exactly what they’re posting before they come in.
