What should I include when recommending a restaurant vendor?
A name and phone number don’t tell another owner much. What details make a vendor recommendation genuinely useful?

I’d share more than just ‘they were good.’ I want the problem, what they actually did, the total cost, how fast they responded, and whether the issue came back. That’s the information I wish owners shared with me before I called someone.
